Workshop and Masterclasses

Evidence-based sessions designed for leadership teams, executive education programmes, and in-house development.

The icon of a tree

A workshop that changes nothing is an expensive afternoon. The sessions I design are anchored in real organisational dilemmas — not abstract models — and built around the assumption that insight only matters if it changes behaviour back in the room where decisions get made.

Each session draws on research in organisational behaviour, behavioural science, and leadership psychology, and is designed to be directly applicable to the specific challenges participants are facing.

Dynamic Training Topics

I offer an array of topics vital for any forward-thinking organization, including:

Negotiation Skills

Leadership under pressure — how identity, emotion, and cognition interact when the stakes are high

Leading with Purpose

Team dynamics and psychological safety — why trust breaks down and how to rebuild it

Presentation Skills and Executive Presence

Decision-making and cognitive bias — what gets in the way of good judgement and what doesn't

Effective Communication

Emotional intelligence in leadership — reading the room, managing impact, leading with honesty

Emotional Intelligence

Conflict and difficult conversations — why avoidance costs more than the conversation itself

Influence & Persuasion

Leadership identity — who you are as a leader, not just what you do

Maximise Employee Engagement

Feedback cultures — why honest feedback is rare and what it costs

Realizing Resilience in the Workplace

Ego depletion and leadership fatigue — why good leaders make bad decisions late in the day

Coaching in the Workplace

Organisational identity and change — why people resist what they've asked for

Creativity and Design Thinking

Power, hierarchy, and the things people don't say

Format and delivery:

Sessions run from 90 minutes to a full day. They can be delivered in-house, as part of a wider programme, or as standalone masterclasses within executive education settings.

I work in English and Italian, in person and online, with groups ranging from small leadership teams to large cross-organisational cohorts.

Recent work includes a masterclass series delivered to over 60 regulators from 33 countries across 41 institutions.

Flexible delivery formats

I understand that your organization's needs are unique. That's why there are flexible delivery options, including:

In-Person Workshops:
For those who prefer face-to-face interaction and collaboration.
Virtual Workshops: Accessible from anywhere in the world, offering convenience and flexibility.

No matter the format, my commitment to providing high-quality, engaging learning experiences remains the same. I strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment where participants feel empowered to learn, grow, and apply their new knowledge to achieve real-world results.

Experiential learning workshops

The approach follows Kolb’s experiential learning cycle: people don’t just learn concepts, they live them. Each workshop moves through experience, reflection, and practical experimentation—so participants leave not just with ideas, but with tools they’ve already begun to apply.

Workshops are built around the real dynamics of organisational life: giving and receiving feedback, handling disagreement, leading with emotional intelligence, building trust across teams.

The learning is active, collaborative, and directly relevant. Participants walk away with sharper insight, tested strategies, and the confidence to respond differently when it matters most.

Real-world application and case studies

Learn through what’s real. Case studies from places like Harvard, Stanford, and HEC become more than theory—they’re moments to slow down, look closely, and understand how decisions are made under pressure. We work through these cases together. Not to find the right answer, but to sharpen how we think, question, and lead.
The workshops are hands-on, rooted in today’s challenges, and designed to build the kind of skills that don’t fade once the session ends.
